Two mobile-first products, tackling very different problems. Timley schedules and tracks time for shift-based teams. Closure quietly triages what you meant to follow up on.
Scheduling and time tracking, built for shift-based teams.
Timley is a multi-tenant workforce time-management platform, built first for restaurants. Each business gets its own isolated data, and everyone works from the same shared schedule: employees clock in and out against it, managers build and publish it.
Two experiences share one system. Employees clock in and out with breaks, check their schedule, and request time off. Managers build the week, see who's currently clocked in, and approve or deny requests from a single queue. The manager console lives on the web today; mobile is employee-facing so far, which is exactly why these screenshots pair one manager view with two employee ones.
Shift scheduling and time tracking for hourly teams usually means a paper schedule, a group chat, and a lot of guessing.
One shared schedule, one clock, and a dashboard that flags problems before a manager has to go looking for them.
A working foundation: real auth, a real multi-tenant database, and a full clock-in-to-approval loop, built and tested end to end.

Proactive Manager Alerts
The dashboard flags what needs attention on its own: a missed clock-in, an understaffed day, a pending time-off request, someone headed into overtime.
One-Tap Clock In
A circular dial shows the employee's next shift and clocks them in with a single tap, no menu digging required.
Built-in Language Switch
Employees can flip the whole app between English, German, and Arabic from their own profile.
Looks back so you don't have to.
Closure reads your browser history and calendar for things you meant to follow up on. It resurfaces them as cards you can act on, snooze, or let go of for good.
A "late night recap" presents a handful of stale tabs and missed events as swipeable cards, a ticket search checked a dozen times, a doctor's appointment missed and never rebooked. Keep a card and it moves into a running list of open topics, each with one suggested next step or a box to type your own.
